On 21st and 22nd January 2026, the 21st Status meeting of the HBI C-Flex project took place at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Bergakademie Freiberg (Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵBAF).

The project partners and members of the supportive advisory board discussed the latest results and next steps in a hybrid meeting which was hosted by the Institute of Thermal, Environmental and Resources’ Process Engineering (IÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵN). During a lab tour on the second day, all partners gained insights in the facilities of Koeppern Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH and IÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵN, espacially on hot briquetting.
