The work at ZeHS is aimed at developing resource- and energy-efficient technologies in the basic materials industry. The aim is to comprehensively analyse and evaluate process and material requirements in the chemical industry as well as the ceramics, glass and building materials industries. A special feature that comes into play at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Bergakademie Freiberg is the processing of the topics along a closed innovation chain, starting from theory through laboratory tests, technical centre and pilot plants to large-scale test technology.
