Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵBAF is number 1 for patent applications. In a recent ranking by the (IW), it has held its own in a Germany-wide comparison. The IW counts around 24 patent applications per 1,000 students at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵBAF between 2018 and 2023; the total number is therefore 81 patents. According to the study, an average of 2 patents per 1,000 students are registered at patent-active German universities.
